Tani Wojcinski has been a personal trainer and health coach for 25 years. After having her fourth child at the age of 38

she struggled to get her "mojo" back.

She quickly realized that the tactics she had used to get back into shape in her 20s were not going to work the same now that she was

knocking on the door to 40.

She began to make it her mission to find solutions to what so many busy moms struggle with: simple and healthy recipes, workouts that they can manage at home with little equipment, and most importantly the mindset shifts they need to stay consistent and finally find success.


Finally, after much soul-searching, strategizing, and simplifying, she came up with a system she’s been able to share-- and it’s changed the way she views weight loss forever! Today she creates content inspiring and teaching other women how to take control of this important aspect of health.

Melissa Brown is also a busy mom, a nurse, and a personal trainer.

She is an avid runner, and loves training for marathons and "ultra races".

She had a break through after running her 5th marathon;

The main movement focus inside Journey to ONE-derland is walking, or it's equivalent.

If you can commit to walking 15 min. 3-4 days per week you can do this.

In addition you will have access to Tani's exclusive Couch to Class program, specifically designed to address this problem.

The 3-phase C2C program guides you step-by-step through beginning an exercise program.

You will need minimal equipment and can do these workouts in your pajamas at home if you wanted to.

These gentle exercises build on each other so you progress slowly and we know you will be amazed to see how far you've come at the end of the 12-weeks!
